Curbed got a press release: “There will be 24 condos, not 29, and 11 of those will be full-floor residences on the upper floors. A few units will be duplexes, and those situated at the building setbacks will have private terraces. The building is just 25-feet wide, and evidently, ‘this striking design maximizes available space throughout the lean structure.'”

••• “The Colonnade Group is seeking to convert a Tribeca building at 174 Duane Street into condominiums, according to Department of Buildings records provided to The Real Deal by BuzzBuzzHome. The proposed 3-unit residential conversion would add one story to the four-story building, which currently houses art gallery Mondo Cane.”
