Haven’t been close to the building in 20 years!” Which jibes very nicely with what just came in from another source: “It was two people who worked for McNally”—presumably Lee Hanson and Riad Nasr, who left McNally’s operation in April—”but they are not doing it because the Capsoutos would only give them 10 years.”

••• “The city revealed this week its new concept for the West Thames Pedestrian Bridge.
