A New Fitness Studio Is Coming to Jay Street

8 Jay Artflag 7813The word is that 8 Jay—currently the Artflag banner company—will become a fitness studio. But exactly what kind has yet to be decided, as two businesses are vying for the space. The first is Bikram Yoga NYC (which had been mentioned as a possibility before, and which has four studios in New York City but none below the Flatiron); the second is Barre3 (right), “where ballet barre meets yoga and Pilates,” which has franchised locations all over the country but none (yet) in New York City.

Any preference?
