I had already had breakfast when I stopped by Kaffe 1668 for an iced coffee, and I had already paid for the iced coffee when a stack of biscuits in the display case caught my attention. Thank goodness I didn’t have three reasons not to buy one ($3), or I might have passed. Do any of us have enough biscuits in our lives? This one was fluffy and moist, with a nice crumb, and the raspberry jam was so delicious that I didn’t even mind the seed that remained stuck between my teeth all the way home.
