••• The TD Bank coming to Greenwich and Chambers has posted a rendering on the plywood. It speaks for itself.
••• Laughing Man sent out a disconcerting tweet; I’ve emailed to see exactly what’s going on hiatus. (The Twitter account? The whole shebang?) UPDATE: Mistweet! Laughing Man isn’t going anywhere.
••• The B Dry Blow Bar in 88 Leonard has soft-opened. UPDATE: Well, it was open over the weekend, but when I walked by, it had closed again.
••• After checking out New Amsterdam Market this weekend–nice to have it back!—I walked along Peck Slip. Refreshing to get a sense of its openness after all the construction; can’t wait till it’s a park.
••• In case you read the Hudson Eats posts before I heard back about the hours of operation, here they are: Monday-Brookfield Friday: 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Saturday: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Sunday: 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. There’s no word yet on delivery, and it soft opened over the weekend.
••• The T Bar space at the southeast corner of W. Broadway and Grand is going to be Il Mulino Prime, a steakhouse.
••• Warburg Realty broker Jason Haber emailed about an open house that bears mentioning: It’s themed around the movie Frozen: “Queen Elsa will be making a special live appearance! Olaf and Princess Anna will be there as well. We’ll have Frozen-themed games in the rear garden of the apartment and Frozen surprises will be given out for the kids (and adults).” Details. (If either of the apartments on the market on my hallway are considering this kind of thing I want at least 36 hours’ notice.)
••• The conversion at 11 Beach released a rendering. What it looks like now.

TD bank looks really awkward in that buildout. Not a fan. Could have done it more subtle.
I’m just so thankful to have another neighborhood bank. How gauche to entertain walking around the block to get to the branch. Now, I can stroll 50 feet to any bank I choose, before I get my nails done, or hair blown! A full service neighborhood at last!!
