••• Buzz Buzz Home saw no mention of a hotel component at the conversion paperwork for 108 Leonard (346 Broadway), so maybe it’ll be all condo.
••• Curbed tracks the changing of Tribeca’s borders over the years (turning to Soho Alliance’s Sean Sweeney for guidance…?). In my opinion, Tribeca will absorb any area that isn’t already in an established neighborhood—so it’ll take over everything north of the World Trade Center, and it’ll extend east to Lafayette (especially now that some of the Civic Center buildings—108 Leonard and 49-51 Chambers—are being converted to residential).
