Bright Horizons provides exceptional early education that inspires discovery, builds community and celebrates the joy of childhood. The new TriBeCa child care center will offer full- and part-time Infant through Kindergarten Prep programs for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years.

The child care center’s highlights include a Movement Matters Zone with Rock Climbing Wall, SMART Board with touch screen computers, Art Studio, enrichment programs, stringent health and safety guidelines, unique and individualized curriculum, and nurturing and passionate child development professionals.

CURRICULUM
Bright Horizons’ curriculum, The World at Their Fingertips®, is our unique curriculum designed to engage children in active learning that prepares them for school while helping them achieve their individual potential and fostering a spirit of community. Built around extensive research, 21st-century technology, and developmentally appropriate instruction, the curriculum introduces concepts of math, science, language, culture, environment, art, and health.

INFANT PROGRAM
With our emphasis on loving, healthy, and safe places that help children feel secure, our Great Places for Babies program provides warm, welcoming environments for babies to thrive and to grow from a bundle of joy into a curious toddler. Each baby’s primary caregiver is a nurturing child development professional who is responsible for your baby’s prime times, those critical one-to-one moments of caring, play, learning, and communication.

TODDLER PROGRAM
The Growing World of Toddlers program uses hands-on exploration and social interaction to help your child learn about the world in a safe and engaging environment. Through the guidance of our experienced teachers, toddlers succeed in a program designed to meet their individual ages and stages.

PRESCHOOL PROGRAM
Preschool children are sprinting toward new milestones. Our preschool program engages children intellectually, physically, emotionally, and socially. Teachers inspire curiosity and creative thinking, guiding 36-month to 4-year-olds by creating a flexible curriculum that encourages skills in creative expression, literacy (language and writing), math/manipulatives, science, technology, music, dramatic play, and outdoor learning.

KINDERGARTEN PREP PROGRAM
Our Kindergarten Prep program empowers 4- to 6-year-old children to take on new academic challenges and build confidence in this critical year prior to kindergarten. Teachers provide multiple and diverse learning activities to ensure children thrive in all areas of development. Foundational skills such as friendship building and having a positive self-image that will be crucial for success in school and in life are central to children’s daily learning. Experiences in core pre-academic areas, including literacy, mathematical reasoning, and scientific investigation, ensure that children will be successful in kindergarten and beyond.
