After 12 years at 31 N. Moore, the home decor store/showroom Art et Maison is picking up and moving to Midtown East—the rent around here is just too high. Founders Olga Sivkova and Maria DeFilippis wanted to get the word out that they’re having a big relocation sale. Don’t dilly-dally: They’re pushing to stay as long as May 30, but they may be gone sooner.
