Founded in 1989 as a basement aerobics studio in New York City’s East Village, our first location had no locker rooms and air conditioning that didn’t work. However, we were on an important mission—to make exercise fun. The result was the development of challenging programming with a fresh slant. Offerings like Hip-Hop Aerobics and Cyked Yoga Cycling became the embodiment of this new approach.
Fast-forward more than two decades and Crunch has come a long way. While we now have seriously luxe amenities like locker rooms stocked with bliss spa products, saunas, and steam rooms, we are still a gym that believes in making exercise fun. Check out the classes below to get a sneak peek of some of the exciting classes you’ll find on Tribeca’s summer class schedule!
