••• A café called Samsara —serving lunch, dinner, coffee, and drinks—is working on a new space at 277 Water Street, next to the Bridge Café. Anticipated opening is in October.

••• What on earth is happening to City Hall Park? The Warren Street path has been narrowed considerably in order for some kind of construction to happen. I emailed the Parks Department to see if we can find out what’s up and how long it’ll be that way.
