The 9 Jay townhouse and 67 Hudson apartment joined by the Staple Street skybridge are now officially on the market—for $50 million, not $30 million. Broker Kaptan Unugur of Nest Seekers International told the Wall Street Journal “that previous reports of a $30 million price tag are incorrect,” which is a little odd, given that the New York Post story that announced the price included quotes from Unugur, but who cares when we finally get to see inside the skybridge! The photo is by Nicole DeChristopher (click to enlarge), and the WSJ article includes other interiors, which seem to be of the one-bedroom apartment at 67 Hudson.

It even included a sunstroke ward!
