The 9 Jay townhouse and 67 Hudson apartment joined by the Staple Street skybridge are now officially on the market—for $50 million, not $30 million. Broker Kaptan Unugur of Nest Seekers International told the Wall Street Journal “that previous reports of a $30 million price tag are incorrect,” which is a little odd, given that the New York Post story that announced the price included quotes from Unugur, but who cares when we finally get to see inside the skybridge!
