Roc was the restaurant I celebrated at following the closing of my first Tribeca apartment in August 2001. A memorable night for sure. My 14 year old dog and I have spent countless nights on the sidewalk patio and greeting the Roc delivery guy was her favorite activity on most evenings. Best of luck.
