Hope the rent Book Nook is paying is not standard Tribeca-insane. We and our little ones will certainly give them as much business as possible. — Noah on Seen & Heard: Franklin Street Flame Building

Absolutely their best employee. Make me feel like I'm a long lost friend every time I see him. A raise isn't good enough. They should give him stock in the company. He's earned it. — Bob Halper on Valentine No. 53
With Cut and Del Friscos coming to the area, we are going to have some really nice steak options. Wolfgang's is also terrific, but Cut is likely going to be one of the top steak houses in the city and certainly the best downtown. Very exciting. — Rodney on In the News: The Police Dog of 19th-Century Tribeca
The taqueria still isn't open. I think you're supposed to take it back to your office and eat at your desk. Or the park across the street. The Japanese candy place in that row opened this week, however, and has some yummy little jelly candies, and today Lady M opened on the level above with $8 slices of cake which look worth trying. Devon and Blakley looks close to opening and they're working on Épicerie Boulud. — Hudson River on In the News: Free Kayaking on Governors Island

Erik thanks for doing the profile. Harrison is indeed a breath of fresh air. WF needs to hire him away from the security firm and have him be part of the WF family so he can make a real living. — Demetri on Valentine No. 53
Love that guy! — Lou on Valentine No. 53
Harrison brings sunshine to my day with his kindness and bright smile. He welcomes you to Whole Foods with a friendly greeting and is a very polite Gentleman. I am grateful for Harrison's wonderful presence, too. Years ago I told him I lived on Harrison Street. (At B&N there's a security guard named Franklin, which somehow delighted me too. Silly, I know!) — Jane on Valentine No. 53
Give him a raise! The nicest thing about Whole Foods is Harrison who makes my day. Love his new uniform shirt too. — Dixie on Valentine No. 53

We can add charter buses to the collective grumbling. The M5 northbound stop on Church and Vesey has the same issue with idling buses forcing M5 passengers into the street to board at times. — Wendy on Seen & Heard: The Beekman’s Opening Date
Harrison is a super guy and always makes you feel welcome. He also goes out of his way to say hi, fist bump as well as greet my kids. Need more of Harrison's around! — Colin on Valentine No. 53
