Love the salads here. Far more tasty than the other chains in the neighborhood. The have unique ingredients -- spicy cremini mushrooms, crispy dehydrated onions, falafel balls made of almonds, to name a few. Their salad dressings are flavorful. Their ingredients are fresh. Just found out recently that you can "make your own salad". I wish you could get salads after 6 PM; I'd go there more often. — KP on Juice Press

It took a Tribeca resident to identify the ship. This is fantastic research. Please note the use of the word, “likely” in the report. My agent has my completed manuscript for my book, which names the identity of the ship, her controversies, and the identity of her owner and investors. The place, the location of the trees used to build the ship is correct, but the date noted is slightly off. It will be fascinating comparing the tree-dating research to extensive historical research of New York’s coastline in that era. — Pearl Duncan on In the News: The Pastis Rumor Gets More Likely

A month ago I asked a few execs gathered at the Chelsea Fairway when Tribeca would open and they said "January, 2015". So,who knows. I doubt that soon unless they're at work underground. Maybe it will be like the one in Kips Bay, in the basement. — CHR$ on Progress Report: Summer 2014

The Greenmarket on West Broadway between Park and Barclay was only two vendors -- Migliorelli and a baker from Kingston.
