Unfortunately, if you go anywhere in the city, you'll see construction workers not speaking English and wearing hard hats belonging to union workers. We went last weekend. It was pretty good. I like it better than Tokyo Bay(only went to that one once however). Service was a little spotty but they were aware of it and took some $ off the bill.
