  • It is the EMFs that kill those trees. They are too close to the substation. A thicker wall would not help. They need to be further from the station and not alot, a few feet could make a huge difference. — Heide Fasnacht on Seen & Heard: Friends gather at City Hall Park

  • https://twitter.com/BALA_NYC/status/1287572951525666820 I completely agree with Veronika. Maud is scary. Check out this tweet from the Black members of the Legal Aid Society. I believe them. Please read the piece that Veronika posted above and make the decision for yourself if you agree with her platform. I know that I do not! Her world is not a world in which I want to live and I do not feel is the safe for the beautiful diversity we have in our city. She only got 12% of the votes... I guess this proves that Veronika and I are not alone in our views of this. — Jenny on Maud Maron will run as an independent for City Council

  • I'm a longtime local Tribecan and a vegetarian and I'm psyched to have a new veggie restaurant!! Well done, Greca. Eating meat is, well, horrible, and it destroys the planet and I haven't eaten meat in 30 years and somehow manage to be a foodie anyway. C'mon, people...the world is changing, and sometimes change is overdue and a good thing. — Will Meyerhofer on Seen & Heard: Perelman getting its skin

  • Oooooooo...cool. Please keep us posted. Can't wait to see it when it's finished!! — Will Meyerhofer on More bean.

  • I encourage the folks bummed about the all-vegetarian menu to give Greca one more shot and try something new. Afterall, there was a first time you tried a burger! Maybe you’ll find a new dish you enjoy and you’ll continue to support a local business. — M on Seen & Heard: Perelman getting its skin
