This is so very sad. It makes me so upset that the City cannot do more to provide the help these people need. There is also a homeless encampment in the Benson Place alley. I would add that scaffolding, in addition to being a nuisance in many ways, also creates opportunities for homeless encampments. Street scaffolding is not a housing solution for the homeless! These people need homes and professional health care. For those who have families and are renting: time to leave the city. At least for a year or two. We will not have 'normal' until a vaccine comes (if and when). yes, a lot of invaders are restored by enthusiasts as just getting some tiles is rather easy. anyone in possession of a legit street piece, say one that was taken down within hours of invader putting it up, is still pretty worthless. real collectors will not buy them as they are so easily forged. invader does create one additional piece for each street, they are called "aliases" and come with an official certificate of authenticity.
