I would venture to say that if Cuomo or anyone had stockpiled several million face masks and 30,000 ventilators (@ avg $35k a piece), and then had never used them, critics like you would complain about wasting tax money. I moved from the U.K. and he was my doctor when I came to America. I recently saw him in Feb before moving back. What an amazing man, he told me when I put on 80lbs, that people carry 80lbs for construction work for 8 hours a day, but your carrying it for 24 hours a day for free.
