The redesigned lobby at AKA is offensive and such a loss. Uncomfortable couch in front of the fire place, sexist pictures lining the walls. It seems to me that the location of Rikers is not the cause of the criticized conditions; deplorable conditions apparently at our local "gulag" The Tombs also. So changing locations has nothing to do with fixing those problems.
