Giorgio Deluca (of Dean &) opened Giorgione in 2001, when the West Soho neighborhood was a glimmer in developers’ eyes. It has remained effortlessly chic; this guide labels it as “more casual than fancy,” but the reality is that it’s a casual restaurant for fancy people. The food is Italian, with a raw bar and pizza oven to go along with pastas and traditional entrées. The room has changed little over the years, and yet it’s as stylish as it ever was. Weekends can get a little screechy.
