Laughing Man—a.k.a. Hugh Jackman’s café—serves the full range of traditional espresso drinks, including the Australian favorite, flat white; drip coffee; tea and tea latte drinks; hot chocolate; and a handful of pastries. You can buy beans, teas, hot chocolate mix, coffee and tea paraphernalia, chocolate, and branded souvenirs (mugs, hats, shirts, etc.). The space is teensy so everyone sits on the nearby loading docks.
