The fourth boutique in Megan Chiarello’s Gloria Jewel empire has a less beachy, more urban vibe (note the concrete floor) than the ones in the Hamptons, but the merchandise is the same. Gloria Jewel does carry some jewelry, but nothing fancy; “Jewel” was one of Chiarello’s grandmother’s names. (Any guesses for the other grandmother’s name?) You’ll find women’s clothing, handbags, scarves, and sunglasses. Popular brands include AG Jeans, Autumn Cashmere, 360 Sweater, Ray-Ban, and Mondrina bags, made in Peru exclusive to Gloria Jewel. Also, more is coming, including Lure swimwear.
