Tribeca is about to get its third restaurant dedicated to poke (poh-kay), the Hawaiian dish that has taken New York City by storm. Eastward Poke, as it’s called, will open in the former Church Street Kitchen space at 178A Church. It appears to be the first Eastward Poke restaurant, judging from the “Est. 2017” on the sign and the absence of any information online.
The other two poke restaurants in Tribeca are Humble Fish on Lispenard and the soon-to-open Poke Bowl on Canal.
