If you’ve ever wondered whether there are still artists in Tribeca, now is your chance to see around 100 in their studios: The 13th-annual Tribeca Open Artist Studio Tour (TOAST) is this weekend, running Friday through Monday. Not every artist will be in his/her studio for each of the four days, so download the map that shows who’s where and when they’ll be around; it’s here. The event’s website also has links showing examples of most of the artists’ work, making the whole event a lot less hit-or-miss. TOAST is an artist-run, non-profit organization, with laudable support from local business such as Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate, The Paw Stop, Roc, and Kings Pharmacy. High on our list is the Broadway studio of John Haro; he’ll be there all four days.
