••• Prime Essentials must be getting closer to opening, because it posted its hours. Most notably, the pharmacy will be open Sundays.

••• Warburg Realty’s Deborah Lupard says that this Thursday’s episode of “Selling New York” (the HGTV show she’s on) features Tribeca in some depth: “It is a story about an uptown broker and I who often share information. We do a walk around Tribeca and  go to Whole Foods, Duane Park Patisserie (Madeline is in the story), and Tribeca Grill (Drew Nieporent is in the story), and we walk around and they show a lot of the hood. We go to a Tribeca listing as well. I have not seen it but was there in the making.”

••• Gilt City has two Tribeca deals: one is for Tribeca Language, the other is for a five-course, $250 tasting menu at Marc Forgione. You get to actually meet the chef—of course you can always just pop into the kitchen to do that….

••• Empire Asian Cuisine, coming soon to 8 Murray, added an awing. It’ll be serving Thai, Japanese, and Chinese food.

    Worst delivery person. I went for a take out order of mix vege. with white rice (i am vegeterian) . when i got to my office i dished out some rice and the accompanying dish on a plate . I then noticed there was a ingredient that looked like Tofu but just to be safe i asked my co-worker to taste the ingredient to make sure it is not meat. he tasted it and said it was chicken.
    i called the store and without hesitation a new order was sent.
    The delivery made a loud uproar in the front office that made everyone come to inquire. He claimed that the food was less. Ofcourse it was less ; i threw out the food because i do not eat Meat!!! i should have brought the garbage bag with the food for him to take!! but i was brought up and not dragged up!! my supervisor came out , and knowing my character had to yell at him to go bag and speak to his Boss!! I give respect to all without discrimination , but he was just painl nasty!!!! The people in my office were so disgusted with his behaviour that they say that they will not patronize this resturant!!!!!
