Two years ago, I stumbled upon the artists from the Art Student League as they painted in and around Duane Park. This year, one of the artists, Diane Hardy Waller, gave me the heads up that they’d be there today—in Duane Park and Bogardus Plaza and on Staple Street—so I wandered over and asked as nicely as I could if they’d let me shoot their works-in-progress. (Some wanted me to make clear that they weren’t nearly done, although I thought they were all quite impressive.) Click on the photos to see them larger; the light was so bright that it wasn’t always possible to capture the artworks in all their glory.
Hi There
How do I purchase on of these works of art//
Really lovely.
It is always so nice to see the quiet, focused and seated figures on our street corners. All their works is unique and honest. God bless the artist!
