••• The person who seemed to be the driving force at Little One, the restaurant coming to the old Columbine space at W. Broadway and White, has left the project. I can’t quite tell if it’s still on, but the website is gone, so that’s not a good sign…. UPDATE: See Dave’s comment. Here’s the link he mentions.
••• Restaurant “Week” is January 14 through February 8. I was bummed not to see North End Grill on the list this time, but Atrio is participating (you may recall I ate well there), as is Locanda Verde for lunch (among other Tribeca restaurants). So is Capsouto Frères—does this mean it’s getting back on its feet?
••• The space that housed Ray’s Barber Shop on Chambers is being incorporated into the Cosmopolitan Hotel’s new entrance.
••• From World Financial Center: “Tomorrow [Thursday] will be Banana Republic’s last day as it closes in preparation for the $250-million renovations to our retail & public space.”
••• The scaffolding is down at 165 Church.

Hi,
The building at West Broadway and White is for sale and listed on Massey Knackal ‘s web site. Looks gutted from the photos.
