pier 26 buildings22/11 Tribeca Committee – 6:00 PM

4) 13 Laight Street, application for alteration of liquor license for Aamanns – Copenhagen – Resolution
5) 361 Greenwich Street, application for liquor license for TBD – Update This was discussed last month—it’s Flor de Sol—so maybe there’s a technicality that needs to be worked out?
6) 96A West Broadway, application for beer and wine license for TBD – Resolution This is a head-scratcher. There is no 96 W. Broadway, at least as far as I can tell—that address would be between 90-92 W. Broadway (at the corner of Chambers), and 110 W. Broadway (where the HSBC is, at the corner of Reade); in other words, 96 would be in Bogardus Garden. I wonder if it shouldn’t be 95 W. Broadway (Cosmopolitan Hotel), since there is a vacant storefront where the Cosmo deli/bodega used to be.
7) 39 North Moore St., application for liquor license for TBD – Resolution Interesting! The Cristina Dos Santos space has been said to be in transition for months now, but I never would’ve guessed it would become a restaurant. (Was it ever a restaurant? I only recall as far back as the More North housewares shop. The reason that matters is that if not, someone will be paying to vent the space—a significant and somewhat rare undertaking.) The folks at Cristina Dos Santos said they couldn’t comment.
8) 230 Canal Street, application for liquor license for TBD – Resolution According to Google Maps, that’s east of Centre—which means it’s not in CB1…?
9) 134 West Broadway Street, renewal of sidewalk café license for Peteit Abelle – Resolution
10) 323 Greenwich Street, renewal of sidewalk café license for Gigino Trattoria – Resolution
