I’m so filled with lust and envy I can barely type—well, not really. But I do love the Herzog & de Meuron building going up at 56 Leonard, and when I noticed the renderings on Buzz Buzz Home earlier today, it turns out they may very well have been new. Because Curbed spotted a bunch of listings for the building on StreetEasy. (Buzz Buzz Home, meanwhile has maintenance costs for the units in question.) Below: More renderings and seven floorplans.
