where in tribeca private property 3513Update: Congratulations, Robert Ripps! It is indeed on N. Moore, just west of Hudson. (I think it’s new-ish, and I imagine the skateboarders going to and coming from the Hudson River Park skate park became a nuisance.) We’ll play again Friday morning.
