A reader pointed out that Related—the folks developing the new 10-story, 107-unit building going up at 460 Washington (where post-demolition work stared up the other day) has done a document dump at the Department of Buildings. I clicked on a bunch of links, decided there was nothing of interest, and bemoaned the lack of a rendering. To which the reader pointed out these (click to enlarge):

They’re not renderings, but they do give a sense of the factory’s apartment building’s silhouette.
