In the News: Citigroup Close to Renewing on Greenwich

••• Terrible news. “A 42-year-old man was found by his girlfriend lying dead on the blood-smeared floor of his apartment in [New York by Gehry] in the Financial District, sources said. The man, whose identity was not released, showed no obvious signs of trauma when he was found in a 23rd-floor apartment.” Not sure how to reconcile “blood-smeared” with “no obvious signs of trauma.” —DNAinfo

The deal isn’t final and could still collapse.”
