••• Thanks to Andrea for encouraging a visit to the Jeff Zimmerman show at R & Company (a.k.a R 21st Century). It’s pretty spectacular.
••• According to this notice on a Yale bulletin board that came up in a Google Alert, pediatrician named Tiffany Otto is opening a practice here: “After nearly 7 years of living in the neighborhood, raising two children here and working in one of the few existing practices in the neighborhood, I have a good sense of what the needs of this unique Tribeca community are. I anticipate that I will be open for business in April, 2014.”
••• The “for lease” sign in the window at Jerry’s Café on Chambers is gone—and I saw folks inside today….
••• Diane Detalle’s “Inside Out” show of paintings opens at Gallery 69 tonight.
••• Nicole Vianna asked the city’s Department of Design and Construction about when the construction at the Chambers/W. Broadway intersection will end. The answer: “As soon as the weather is warm enough for concrete to be installed for the roadway. The area is ready for concrete installation, however the temperatures have been too frigid to place the concrete.”
••• No one guessed last week’s Where in Tribeca…?, so I posted the answer. (Click that link to see it.)
••• I was walking down Renwick yesterday, amazed at the pace of development. In order: 261 Hudson (drilling was going on for the 12-story building—anyone have a rendering?), 15 Renwick (rendering here), and 2 Renwick (two photos; the second shows how it goes through to Hudson; rendering here).

Tiffany Otto is Dr. Knipe, who was at Downtown Pediatrics for a while. Hope she does well. Can always use a few more pediatrician options down here.
Agree with the comments above. The neighborhood can definitely use another pediatric practice and, having known Tiffany professionally for the past few years and personally since childhood, I think she will be a wonderful addition for those looking for a boutique practice. I wish her the best of luck!
