268 West notification••• Looks like work is moving forward at the Related Companies development (on former Ponte Equities land) on West between Vestry and Desbrosses—a reader sends this notice about clean-up at the former garage at 268 West. (There doesn’t appear to be any info online about it yet.)

••• Exceed Physical Culture sent out an email “announcing” (er, OK) that it plans to open at 99 Reade. Anyway, the email said they’re shooting to be ready by the end of May.

••• In case you saw the post about the new nail salon on N. Moore before Andrea dug up the background, here’s her report: “It is indeed an off-shoot of iPlaza called Plaza M. The menu of services is similar and so are the prices but the decor is upscale and organic products are available. As well, there is a tantalizing array of spa pedicures with names like ‘Bourbon Super Scrub’ and ‘Sweet Retreat.’ The lower level also offers privacy for massages, etc.”
