Inside Hudson Eats: Part 2

In case you missed it, Part 1 featured the food court in general and the seating areas.

For part 2, let’s focus on half the restaurants. These are in no particular order, and I tried to get each one’s menu. Click to enlarge. P.S. The food shots aren’t necessarily indicative of what they’ll be serving—this was party food. P.P.S. It opens Tuesday.

UPDATE: The hours of operation for Hudson Eats are….
Monday-Friday: 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Sunday: 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

UPDATE #2: Downtown Post is reporting that “some of the Hudson Eats restaurants will be open on Saturday, May 31, for a ‘soft’ opening.”

  1. Do you know if there is elevator access? I walked over there this am and didn’t see anything. I asked what looked like a custodial worker and he said not yet. I find that odd given the number of families with strollers in the area.

    • As of Sunday there was no elevator access. You either have to carry your stroller up the stairs or park it outside the building. They will not let you leave your stroller unattended inside the building.
