In case you missed it, Part 1 featured the food court in general and the seating areas, and Part 2 focused on half of the restaurants (Num Pang Sandwich Shop, Tartinery, Dos Toros Taqueria, Black Seed Bagel, Blue Ribbon Sushi, and Mighty Quinn’s Barbeque). UPDATE: The hours of operation for Hudson Eats are….
Monday-Friday: 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Sunday: 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
UPDATE #2: Downtown Post is reporting that “some of the Hudson Eats restaurants will be open on Saturday, May 31, for a ‘soft’ opening.”

Thanks for all the pics and the update!! We in BPC have been desperately awaiting ANY kind of food/restaurant options since all the local places here are pretty awful – except north end grill. They can only be better (as it is hard to be worse) than what we have here now!
Hudson eats had a soft opening yesterday. The place looks great. Had some stuff from Mighty Quinn’s, Dig In and Sprinkles. All were very good.
Had the Pulled Duroc Pork from Num Pang today for lunch and it was really good. Every place had a line at 11:30 but was easily able to find a seat by the window. Everything was pretty organized except some of the lines overlapped so you had to make sure you were on the right one. Umami Burger, Blue Ribbon Sushi and Black Seed were not open this afternoon.
Erik, when you finally get around to Olive’s, try the shiitake sandwich. I haven’t had it in years, but still think of it. Hope it’s still as good as I remember.
