••• Joy Gryson‘s sample sale starts tonight with a VIP event and then opens to the public as of tomorrow (11 a.m. to 7 p.m., through Friday), at her shop on Franklin.

••• An anonymous texter says that the Health Department closed down Elixir. Anyone know why? The DOH website still says “not yet graded.” UPDATE: Courtney commented this: “Elixir juice bar was closed this afternoon because the health department said they needed 2 more sinks in their space. They currently only have one.” One for hand-washing, one for food prep, one for…?
