Another Shop for Tribeca’s Design District

57 WalkerNortheast Tribeca is getting another design shop: Property, which had been on lower Wooster in Soho before taking temporary residence at trans.LUXE on Walker, is moving into 57 Walker (pictured above). To give you a sense of what to expect, I did a little virtual shopping on Property’s website; see below.

It’s one more addition to a burgeoning design district, east of Church and north of Franklin: Steven Sclaroff, Stillfried Wien, David Weeks Studio, trans.LUXE, Patrick Parrish (f.k.a. Mondo Cane), R & Company Colony, Ted Muehling…. And I’m sure I’ve forgotten at least one….

    Property is moving in this week to 57 Walker Street and having a soft opening this Friday so excited! Just in time for the holidays.
