Owner “Cape Church is still finalizing the design of the new building, but it may rise higher than the current five stories.” I think you can bet on that, not least of all because they had a drone check out the views in June. Taste of Tandoor has already closed and I guess that means another deli is biting the dust…?

Will anyone ever again maintain the planted medians along west street and abutting the Hudson River park from the battery to 57th st? They are overgrow, weed infested, unsightly, and choking and killing the landscape plantings originally installed. Sad and such a waste
