– Resolution The old Dean’s space; it was on last month’s agenda but then it dropped off before the meeting. Could still be the Brick and Mason bar/grill concept.
4) Application for newsstand at S/E/C Canal & Watts Streets – Resolution The southeast corner of Canal and Watts might be among the least-trafficked spots in Manhattan—so, er, great place for a newsstand? Or maybe it’s for cars that want to stop as they drive slowly along Canal?
