Fulton Center••• A thorough look at Fulton Center—if you’re not quite sure what it’s all about, you should definitely read it. —Second Avenue Sagas

••• Eater reviewed White Street, didn’t love it. I actually went back for dinner last night, and I had a thoroughly satisfying meal (pea tendril salad, roast chicken for two, sticky toffee pudding).

••• “A proposed development in the St. John’s Terminal building across from Pier 40 on the Hudson River will contain condos, retail and affordable housing, DNAinfo New York has learned.”

••• Curbed on the conversion of 60 White: “Sales will launch with a sales gallery event next Tuesday, but the website currently lists approximate pricing, with units currently starting at $4.585 million.” It promises to be foxy (despite the living wall in the lobby. Sorry! It’s over, people!)
