I could be wrong, but I believe the rendering showed was from the prior developer. That said, I have NO confidence that a better design will rise here. NONE. It just might not be this one. As no flag was announced, it will depend on what kind of hotel it will be. This particular corner doesn’t lend itself to high end. :-)
