••• Had another really good meal at Little Park last night (endive salad, beet tartare, kale ravioli, the duck, and the chocolate rye cake)—it’s gone up at least one notch from my First Impressions post. Also, brunch is starting January 24, and it’s sure to be a hit. Also, for you early birds, it’ll serve the breakfast menu before brunch service starts around 10 a.m.
••• Northern Tiger—the final restaurant to open at Hudson Eats—posted an intriguing photo of ingredients, saying it’s testing recipes; this ain’t no Wok & Roll. Still no word on an exact opening date (it had said January).
••• Bummed to see that Smith & Mills’s old winter shed has been replaced with something less interesting.
••• Looks like work is finally starting at 6 Cortlandt Alley (the Broadway building that will have a Cortlandt Alley entrance).
••• When I was poking around Witkoff’s site for the 101 Murray post, I noticed two renderings for 125 Greenwich that I don’t think we’ve seen before. UPDATE: New York YIMBY tells me on Twitter that these likely come from before the parcel was sold.
