••• I thought maybe 11 Beach might have street-level retail along Beach, but a rep confirmed that it won’t.

11 Beach••• Northern Tiger, the final piece of Hudson Eats at Brookfield Place, opens Wednesday. And the menu got posted: It also lists soft-serve ice cream for $4; the flavor will change weekly.

Northern Tiger food menu••• The new part of 52 Lispenard looks pretty good.

52 Lispenard••• The Dunkin Donuts on Chambers reopened. I don’t know if I had ever been in there before, so I can’t say whether it looks nicer now that it’s been renovated. They should’ve sprung for the helium.

Dunkin Donuts••• The New York Road Runners’ NYC Half Marathon is this morning. The route (PDF) goes all along the west side and around Battery Park to FiDi, so expect street closures anywhere nearby.

half marathon map detail 2015••• Anyone know what’s going on at 35 Walker (the little building next to Añejo)? The main DOB filing appears to be this: “Repair and replace masonry walls as per drawings; provide new concrete foundations and cellar slab per drawings; replace existing beams per drawings; provide new structural steel framing per drawings.”

    I have been in that Dunkin Donuts. It looks exactly the same as before. Honestly doesn’t look like they renovated at all!
