••• When Grand Banks reopens at Pier 25 in early May, the chef will be Kerry Heffernan, who was the opening chef at Eleven Madison Park and who is at home on the water. “An avid outdoorsman and seafood expert, Kerry has won several charity fishing tournaments, including the Manhattan Cup and the Montauk Redbone,” says his bio. —New York Times
