Seen & Heard: The Seaport’s Fresh Salt Has a New Sister Bar

••• Break a leg, Francesca Van Horne! The local artist’s one-woman show, Dancing Through It, opens tonight at the Cherry Lane Theatre.

Dancing Through It••• Three Tribeca tweens—Skye, Maya, and Chloe—star in the video for “One Headlight” by Brooklyn’s Chamber Band.

••• The 2016 Tribeca Film Festival Presented by AT&T will be April 13 to 24. Bummer: They couldn’t use the Tribeca Cinemas marquee to announce the dates, like they usually do….

Tribeca Film Festival••• Press release: “Market Bar, located inside the Fulton Stall Market at 207A Front Street in the historic Seaport District, focuses exclusively on New York produced beer and wine including four rotating draft lines of New York based craft beers, highlighting the diversity and quality of New York’s burgeoning craft beer industry. The Market Bar is the latest project of two long-time Seaport influencers and business owners, Stephen Dima and Sara Williams. The bar combines Stephen’s history of music and events (perhaps best typified by his work with 4Knots, RiverRocks, and of course the Seaport Music Festival) with the hospitality of Sara’s Seaport mainstay Fresh Salt. The result is a unique venue that reflects their personal passion for the Seaport community and its history and its unique local offerings.” The only photo I could find was from a test run in July:

Market Bar••• Did we know Shinola was opening in Portland’s Pearl District? (Oregon, not Maine.) It should stock up on mustache wax.
