The New York restaurant will be one of the dining options in the new hotel that Aby Rosen of RFR Holding is developing in Soho” at 148 Lafayette (Howard). “In addition to the bistro, Mr. Starr and Mr. Rose plan a French restaurant, as yet unnamed, for the hotel.   1. Wish the rats would abandon the site, too. That area has always been rat infested. Anyone remember the “rat crossing” sign that was drawn on the sidewalk there?
