MacarOn Café, the pretty little spot at 303 Greenwich, between Reade and Chambers, has introduced its fall menu. What’s new? Two sandwiches: Oven-roasted chicken on eight-grain bread with Gruyère and arugula; and oven-roasted turkey on eight-grain bread with sliced tomatoes and cucumbers.
