Seen & Heard: Melissa Etheridge and Mary Chapin Carpenter

••• I got all excited about the Porsche 911 at Lot-Less on Broadway, but then I saw something way better: The Lot-Less on Chambers has a Bentley Continental GT Speed Convertible. (How long till there’s a Tesla?) The side mirrors fold in, which is handy.

Lot-Less Bentley••• Melissa Etheridge and Mary Chapin Carpenter play City Winery on Jan. 16. It may not be on the website yet because tickets first go on sale to the premium-level members.

••• The Tribeca Greenmarket was extra lovely on Saturday.

Tribeca Greenmarket autumn••• Opening Nov. 12 at Steven Amedee Gallery: Widdershins: A Collaboration, with paintings by Timothy Wilson and frames by Gerald Kurian. Below: “Sunshower.”

••• Demolition is in full swing on 351, 353, and 355 Broadway, where Toll Brothers plans a 19-story condominium, including the funny little brick strip of a building at 91 Leonard. (That’s where the new condo will have its entrance.)

91 Leonard••• The former RBC space at 71 Worth was rumored to be turning into another café, but I’ve seen no action there in a long time. Peeking through a hole in the paper in the windows, however, you’ll notice that the place is more than half done.

71 Worth cafe••• This isn’t in Tribeca but every time I see a dead bird on the sidewalk it breaks my heart.
