H & M, Hennes & Mauritz AB (H&M), one of the world’s largest fashion retailers, famous for offering fashion and quality in a sustainable way, is thrilled to announce their first location in Lower Manhattan. Measuring approximately 25,000 square feet, the new location at the highly anticipated Westfield World Trade Center is set to open in Spring 2016 and will join the seventeen other locations currently open in New York City. […] The interior of H&M’s newest location will operate on renewable power sources and will use less electricity than a conventional office building. H&M will be incorporating recycled content materials throughout the store, as well as using LED lighting and Energy Star equipment.
